One account per person

Each player may hold a single account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and let support know at once if your profile shows activity you do not recognise. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and their bonuses removed.

Bonuses

Each deal carries its own conditions — wagering, qualifying games, stake caps and an end date. You can read them on the deal itself, and accepting the deal means accepting those conditions too.

Payments

Your balance is held in AUD at all times. We may ask you to confirm your identity and the ownership of a payment method before a withdrawal is released.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact support with the date, the amount and a short description. We reply to every complaint and keep you updated until it is resolved.
